Look at these wonderful tiny red, orange, and yellow sweet peppers! They came as a 2pound bag and they were beautiful! I love peppers and I think I can find a way to use them before they spoil. Last night I made pepper,onion, and mozzarella cheese quesadillas and they were wonderful. Today I am making spanish rice and beans and I am putting a bunch in this dish. They are small, but would be wonderful stuffed with meat or cheese. I'll let you know how I use them.
