Pasta Salad

Cook as directed 1/2 cup of any pasta and drain
Add:   chopped onion
          chopped celery
          small jar of pimento
          1/4 cup olive oil
          2 T vinegar
          1 teaspoon salt
          1/2 tsp pepper
          1/2 cup chopped cheese
          1 can any kind of beans that you like ( I use Great Northern), drained and rinsed
This is very forgiving...don't like something----leave it out and substitue something else----tomatos, peppers,
red beans, kidney beans.    EASY and keeps in the refrigerator for a week.
