This beautiful pieced quilt was made with the help of my non-quilter friend for her first grandchild. She would come over once a week and we would work on it all afternoon. She and her mother did all the cutting, I did the sewing and quilting, and my friend did all the ironing. It was a memorable project for friends to do. I really loved this quilt, which went to little Isaac. I'm sorry that I haven't blogged for the past few days, but I went to Women of Faith in Kansas City and today I will be working at the Booneslick Trail Quilters Guild Quilt Show in Columbia, MO. Stop by today between 10 and 4 to see the quilts at Stoney Creek Inn on Providence Road south of the football stadium.
