Friday was our last day of our Bible Study on Esther....................

and I wanted to make something spectacular for the tea.  I looked for two weeks on the computer for the perfect recipe and finally decided to make an Italian dessert,  Bacone Dolce, or sweet mouthful.  It was a wonderful combination of crispy meringue, chocolate, strawberries and sweet cream.  It was wonderful and fairly easy to prepare.  I looked at several different recipes for Bacone Dolce and decided to use the one on the Tasty Kitchen website.  I took some tips from other recipes, like brushing the chocolate on the meringues to keep from breaking them............and it worked wonderfully.  Anyway................................here it is!
