Could you make a quilt from this collection of fabrics?

Or perhaps I should ask,  WOULD YOU?  I walk on the wild side!  I am excited about this quilt.  I started it in 2008 and have had it on my design wall perhaps a dozen times since, trying to figure out how to set this quilt.  I was determined to set it on point, but I also wanted to leave room for quilting and trapunto.  FINALLY this morning I put it up on my design wall on point,  of course,  and realized that perhaps I should try setting the blocks squarely on the wall and leave a huge border/frame for trapunto and quilting.  DUH!  Perhaps this time I will actually work on it and finish it.  I't about time.............4 years it has been incubating!
